Greetings brothers!

What makes an effective leader? A leadership guru might say charisma, giftedness, and vision-casting. Others would tell you that an effective leader listens to the people and communicates clearly. While these may all be helpful, God tells us that the single most important trait in a leader is his character. On January 22nd, 2022, we will once again gather in Emporia, KS for our eleventh Ironmen Summit. This year’s theme will be “Character is King” from Titus 2:2-8.
